Vaughan Cutillo - Co Founder / Brewer

The entrepreneurial spirit thrives in Vaughan. After earning his degree in English at Villanova University and spending a winter in Mammoth Lakes, California, Vaughan returned to his hometown of Montauk. He understands the rhythm of nature and has a deep love for all things adventurous. Vaughan's knack for organization and instinct for achieving goals will certainly help to grow MBC into a universally known brewery with local pride.

Joe Sullivan - Co Founder / Brewer

Joe makes things happen - plain and simple. After years of dreaming about owning his own brewery, the plan is coming to life. While earning his degree in Economics from Hamilton College, Joe laid the foundation for a brewery that would soon be crafted. As an avid surfer, Joe embodies the true essence of the East End. Splitting time between the beach and the brew house will be a tough, yet welcomed problem for Joe as he grows the business from the ground up.

Eric Moss - Co Founder / Brewmaster

A craftsman at heart, Eric was an obvious choice to be Montauk Brewing Company's official Brewmaster. After learning the art of brewing while receiving his degree in Finance from University of Colorado at Boulder, Eric returned to the East End where he explores a wide variety of activities. Working with his hands and problem solving is where Eric feels at home - whether it's building his own sailboat or crafting a uniquely styled beer, Eric will always be searching for ways to flex his creativity.
